The challenge in this project was to raise the profile of the client, contemporise the brand identity, while considering the conservative and affluent nature of the CHPS client portfolio. The company has been active in the market for some time and has a loyal following of investors and developers. The desire to marry a traditional feel while refreshing the brand was one that was a major consideration for the client.

Over a period of three years, a broad variety of individual projects have been developed and implemented for specific property developments. The scope of each project was unique with most requiring complete brand and external communications along with advertising and data base management.
