As a Creative Director with over 25 years experience under her belt, Gail leads our Strategic Advertising team. Gail's primary role is to align clients business strategies with effective communication strategies and compelling creative solutions. Gail has worked with some of the largest and most accomplished ad agencies, publishing companies and studios in New Zealand, including a six-year tenure as Head of Faculty for one of the largest global UK-based tertiary education providers. Along with a Masters Degree (1st Class), she has picked up a range of awards such as New Zealand Best Awards, Anthony Harper Award and the prestigious Waikato Art Award (amongst others). She is a member of the Designers Institute of New Zealand and the Canterbury and Otago Chambers of Commerce.

Lee joined the agency in November 2007, bringing her ideas and skills to administer a stabilising effect on the development and growth of the company. With 20 years experience running accounts for small business, including set up and strategic planning, Lee adds that extra dimension to the AMG team. Past employment includes accounting and project management at the head office of a large franchise organisation. “Working with a bunch of creatives has been a wonderful new experience for me. It’s probably bought out the small amount of creative flair I do have. I’ve learnt that creative people aren’t always the most methodical, systematic types, so that’s where I come in.”

Alaina’s extensive experience in the design industry began upon joining the marketing team of the global brand Katmandu, NZ. She has also worked for a range of Christchurch based advertising agencies, design studios and US based TimezoneOne. At AMG Advertising, Alaina’s role as Senior Art Director involves developing, implementing and extending the strategic and creative direction for a large range of complex design projects. She also spearheads AMG’s ‘new media’ team along with producing exquisite illustrative work. Alaina’s project management skills are second to none, as is her impressive ability to refine creative solutions in projects ranging from small-scale identity development, through to major corporate and consumer branding projects.
